Sean has been a student of the National School of Baseball since last spring. He has spent countless hours in lessons and working on his own to keep getting better. Last season, he was told he was no better than a “B” player for a travel team. He toughed it out and had a tremendous season. As he prepared for tryouts I told him, “You are NOT a ‘B’ player. You are an ‘A’ player. Don’t settle until you find the team that believes in you.”
He is now a member of the Schaumburg Flyers “A” Team. I cannot be more proud of him. It was his determination and burning desire to get better that put him where he is. He did everything he was asked to do.
